Each My Ties by Nannie creation is thoughtfully handcrafted and customized with care. Because our items are made to order, a nonrefundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed order is shipped or delivered.

Please review all colors, styles, wording, sizes, and customization details carefully before approving your order. Once production begins, changes may result in additional fees or extended processing time. Because materials may vary slightly in color, texture, and availability, the finished product may not look exactly like sample photos.

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by My Ties by Nannie. Any concern must be reported within three days of receiving the order, along with clear photographs.

Turnaround times vary based on the order’s size, design, and material availability. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
